If you (or your gift recipient) are not completely satisfied with the quality of a delivered product, or it is in any way damaged prior to receipt, it will be replaced. Deliveries to Businesses / Hospitals/ Hotels:
If you are sending a package to a business, please be aware that the delivery driver may deliver the product to a shipping and receiving department. Please let your recipient or someone at the business know that they should be receiving a perishable package. Heavenly Bath Shoppe.com is not responsible if the recipient is not available to receive the product or if the business is closed for the day.
Returns:
Perishable and fragile products cannot be returned. These products are covered by our guarantee and will be replaced if they arrive damaged. Non-perishable items should be returned in their original packaging, after contacting our customer service department for our product return mailing address. If you would like to request a credit or replacement, you must contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

Substitution Policy:
In order to get your delivery there on time, we follow these important steps.
If we are out of a particular product, i.e. a specific basket, plush, vase, etc., our basketeers may substitute a similar product of equal or greater value.
We select the most creative basketeers to be on our team who professionally recreate our designs based on their creative interpretation. The look and feel of our products featured will remain the same, with our basketeers paying careful attention to overall shape, size and style combinations.
Items containing chocolate that are shipped between May and October will be substituted with a product of equal or greater value.
